Chair Massage This massage is typically a 10-15 minute session. It is given with no oil and the client is fully clothed seated in a very comfortable specialized massage chair. Please see the chair massage tab on the right for more details and to see how to bring chair massage to your business. |

| Sports Massage This is a muscle specific targeted massage. There is usually a good deal of stretching and range of movement testing in this session. This is typically a deeper massage but can be modified to start light to avoid discomfort.

Neuromuscular Massage This is also a muscle specific massage. Focusing on the attachment points of the problem muscle then finding trigger points. This is typically a deeper massage but can be modified to start light gradually working deeper to avoid discomfort.

| Relaxation Massage Using Swedish massage techniques and broad strokes this massage will help to melt the stress away. This massage can use a light to moderate touch. Typically this is a full body one-hour massage however, it can extend longer. Some clients mix and match other massage techniques with relaxation massage.

Specialty Massage  | Migraine and Headaches Massage This massage focuses on the muscles of the neck, head, jaw, upper back and chest. The session works mainly with trigger point therapy and deep tissue. This technique has been extremely effective in stopping migraines in their tracks. Many clients who have received regular therapy have reported less frequency in migraine headaches. Since this is a deeper massage it can also be uncomfortable but also worth the outcome.

Newborn and Infant Massage This is only available in a half hour session. This time is not just for the baby but also for the parent. The parent will learn how to massage their newborn or infant so they can incorporate wellness in their babies’ daily or weekly routine. There have been several clinical studies showing numerous developmental benefits for babies who receive regular massage. This is not a certified instructional program rather a tutorial to help parents learn how to massage and bond more closely with their babies.

Rossiter All Rossiter sessions are booked with Rayna. This is a technique that is designed to get someone out of pain fast. It uses a combination of stretching and active movement to engage the client in their own healing process. This requires full participation from the client. Carpal Tunnel Massage This massage works with the muscles of the forearm, hand, and wrist mainly using a blend of techniques including, Repetitive Use Injury Therapy, Deep Tissue, and stretching. This massage is generally a bit uncomfortable but well worth it for the outcome.
